A few habits that save money on the ground.

Always pay in euros

When a card machine offers to charge you in Canadian dollars, decline. The conversion it offers is usually worse.

Ask for 10s, 20s and 50s

Smaller notes are easier for transit, cafés and markets. Some shops won't break €100 or larger notes.

Back with leftover euros

Bring unused euro notes to any of our branches and we'll buy them back at the posted rate.
